Not your grandma’s flowers.
But she’s gonna love them.

Flowers, decor, and things made by hand in Glen Ellyn.

Burgundy Queen Anne’s lace and olive hydrangeas in ceramic vessels, styled with vintage books and crystals against cream draping at Esotarium.

Hi, we’re Ed & Jake.

We love a good flower, an unusual idea, and the part where we get to make something for a real person. Most days you’ll find us in the studio, making a mess and figuring it out together.

THE STUDIO

What is Esotarium?

Our floral and design studio in Glen Ellyn makes flowers for everyday tables, weddings and meaningful moments. We also build decor and installations, host workshops, and make room for ideas that don’t fit neatly on a menu.

Sunday wedding flowers, two trees taking shape, and a November date to make something together. Here’s a little of life at Esotarium this week.

Natalie and Daniel’s seating chart with gold frames, flowers, wood risers, and candles.

Sunday / Natalie & Daniel

A new favorite around here.

We’re still thinking about Sunday’s wedding. The bridal bouquet was soft, full, and a little wild. And the seating chart? Gold frames, flowers, wood, and candlelight, all coming together to welcome their people. Chef’s kiss.

A seasonal arrangement of pink roses, white and rust chrysanthemums, and greenery in a gold vessel.

In the workshop / October 31

The pieces are coming together.

Two flowering trees for an October 31 wedding—a big undertaking we’ve already been working on. Jake’s been working on the build, and Francisco is welding the tops this week. It’s a big milestone. We can’t wait to see these take shape and get dressed in flowers.

Autumn flowers and fruit for Kevin and Rachel’s fourth anniversary.

Kevin understood the assignment.

Four years calls for fruit and flowers. We loved sending a little autumn abundance to Kevin & Rachel.

Concept for Santa’s oversized scroll seating chart with a giant quill and ink pot.

Santa left his list here.

A giant scroll, a huge quill, and a naughty-or-nice seating chart are on our drawing board. Current question: how are we making that feather?

Concept in progress.
